How long does your food last?

Hey all,

I found this picture while doing my internet nutrition searches and thought it really useful. I cannot count the number of times I have thrown cooked food away because of my food poisoning fears. Keeping this in mind and perhaps even sticking it to your fridge door might save you a cent or two and keep your meal prepping ideas in check!

Bear in mind that if you store cooked foods in your freezer it can last months but not as many as frozen raw foods. Ideally, label your food when storing so you can keep track of the months.
