Covid has brought about so many changes in people's lives and let's face it every conversation does generally start with the C word.
This unfortunately used to be a disease most feared of pre covid. The reason so many people used to turn to exercise was their fear of getting sick later on in life.
During covid, schools where shut and to make matters worse, summer followed. This for many meant almost 6 months of near to no exercise. This resulting in weaker children and adults, both physically and mentally.
Winter is now approaching and with covid cases on the rise, I've decided to start uploading my home workouts in order to inspire those in need of a good iron bender in their own kitchen.
