Hey all, So yesterday I tried making my first chocolate peanut butter and the result was a scrumptious finger-licking smooth and creamy paste aching to be devoured! Yes, and this is all very healthy!! So here goes my recipe!
2 cups peanuts
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. vanilla essence
1/2 cup coconut flakes
Method:
Place the peanuts in a blender and blend for about 5 mins. After making sure your blend is rich and smooth, add the rest of the ingredients and blend for another 5 mins.
Store in a mason jar in a cupboard at room temperature!
Enjoy this divinity as a spread on oat, rice or quinoa cakes, mixed with oat balls, granola bars and even on breakfast oats with a combination of fruits.
Always attempt at following a balanced lifestyle, but if you overdo it on this one, I really don't blame you!!
